Das Transatlantic Female Forum hat das Ziel die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Deutschland, Europa und Amerika zu vertiefen.
Die deutsche und internationale Demokratie unter Einbezug weiblicher Führungspersönlichkeit zu fördern sowie das internationale Engagement von Frauen in Politik, Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und Kultur.
Das Forum bietet eine Plattform für den offenen Dialog, verschiedene Perspektiven und Diskussionen.
Erreicht wird dieses durch Durchführung wissenschaftlicher Veranstaltungen und Forschungsvorhaben sowie Veranstaltung von Symposien, Konferenzen, Vorträgen und Studiengruppen zum deutsch-amerikanischen Dialog sowohl in Deutschland als auch in USA.
The Transatlantic Female Forum aims to intensify cooperation between Germany, Europe and America. To promote German and international democracy with the involvement of female leaders and the international involvement of women in politics, business, science and culture.
The forum offers a platform for open dialogue, various perspectives and discussions.
This is achieved by organizing scientific events and research projects as well as symposia, conferences, lectures and study groups on German-American dialogue in Germany and the USA.
Andrea Steinert:
Andrea ist Dozentin an verschiedenen Hochschulen. Sie war 10 Jahre lang Geschäftsführerin des politischen Think Tanks Innovativkreis NRW liberal und leitete für zwei Jahre als Direktorin das Amerika Haus e.V. NRW. Als Autorin des Buches „Die Zukunft wartet schon“ setzt Sie sich für die Förderung von Frauen in Wirtschaft und Politik auf transatlantischer Ebene ein.
Andrea is a lecturer at various universities. For 10 years she was managing director of the political think tank Innovativkreis NRW liberal and threafter director of Amerika Haus e.V. NRW until 2017. As the author of the book "Die Zukunft wartet schon" (The future is already waiting), she is committed to the promotion of women in business and politics at the transatlantic level.
Christina Seifert:
Christina ist Beraterin bei McKinsey im Berliner Büro. Sie hat ihren Master in General Management an der EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht absolviert mit Stationen in u.a. Hongkong, München und New York. Bereits in ihrem Studium leitete Christina die studentische "Women Inspiring Business" Initiative, die sich für die Gleichstellung von Frauen im Businesskontext einsetzt.
Christina is a consultant at McKinsey's Berlin office. She holds a Master's degree in General Management from EBS University of Economics and Law with positions in Hong Kong, Munich and New York. Already during her studies Christina led the student "Women Inspiring Business" initiative, which works for the equality of women in the business context.
